3.1 To register and maintain an Account on phcrown33, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

4.3 Account registration is personal. Players may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise convey their Account or any interest therein to any other person. phcrown33 Accounts are non-transferable.
4.4 phcrown33 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing reasons. Eligibility to register does not create any contractual obligation on phcrown33 to approve an application.
5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. phcrown33 will never ask a Player for their password via any communication channel.
5.2 Each Player must ensure their Account is accessed and used exclusively by themselves. Any activity conducted on a phcrown33 Account — whether or not authorised by the Account holder — is the sole responsibility of the registered Player. Losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their credentials will not be reimbursed.
5.3 Players must notify phcrown33 support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, or that their login credentials have been compromised. phcrown33 will take reasonable measures to secure an Account following such notification.
5.4 phcrown33 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, SMS-based two-factor authentication, and automated suspicious-activity detection. These measures reduce risk but do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security.
6.1 phcrown33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The available payment methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit amounts may be updated from time to time.
6.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. phcrown33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an account not registered to the Player will be reversed and the deposit withheld pending investigation.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount on phcrown33 is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
6.4 phcrown33 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may levy independent charges for which phcrown33 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Players agree not to use the phcrown33 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. phcrown33 is required by Philippine law to monitor and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
7.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.3 phcrown33 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Prior to processing any withdrawal, phcrown33 may require a Player to complete or update KYC verification, including submission of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
7.5 phcrown33 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
8.1 phcrown33 may offer various promotions to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by eligible Players. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers, employing bonus abuse strategies, participating in coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, or otherwise manipulating promotional terms will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

8.5 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts or via multiple registrations constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
9.1 All games available on the phcrown33 Platform operate under specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

12.2 phcrown33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) technical malfunctions or interruptions beyond phcrown33's reasonable control; (c) unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any actions or decisions made by Players on the basis of information published on the Platform.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phcrown33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 phcrown33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from a Player's Account settings:
13.2 Any Player requesting self-exclusion will have their Account suspended without delay. phcrown33 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before any reinstatement is considered.

16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcrown33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines to protect its rights or legitimate interests.
